We are getting to the end of the trailer making. Night after night Joe, Erica and I have stared at the computer creating theses trailers. Last night we did final voiceovers. I did the narration for the trailers, well…I did them if you like it, if not, some random person did. lol. They should be released by the end of the month. Stay tuned. And for my cast, we will be having a release par-tay soon!! Watch out for the info!

Day four of editing ended at midnight last night. We will resume today at 6:30pm. Can I say, despite how insane we are becoming…it’s a lot of fun. There’s never a dull moment with Erica, Joe, and I.
Erica and I have compiled a list of things we know about Joe…each night adding more to the list…
What we know about Joe:
- He likes to sing catchy tunes while editing
- I drive him crazy/He thinks I’m a whack job
- He hates me
- His real name is not Joseph
- He keeps a voodoo doll of me in his closet
- He enjoys my advice
- He secretly loves working with Erica and I
And the list will grow as the process continues…lol.

EXTRAS WANTED!!!
We are shooting a promo for my novel, “COLLIDE” Saturday night, June 12th, 2010. “COLLIDE” is in the works of being published hopefully in 2012. Yes, it seems far off, but the book world works further out. We will need extras Saturday in starting in Seminole and ending in Largo. We are reenacting several high school party scenes. Extras must be at least sixteen (16) and must come to set with forms signed. If you do not have the forms signed, you will be turned away at the door and will not be allowed to participate. It will be a closed set, so only actors/extras will be allowed. The call is at 7:15pm on Saturday, ending some time around 9:30 or 10pm.
This is a non-paying role. If you are interested in participating, let me know asap, as we only have twenty spots. Only commit if you are 100% able to partake. Once you commit, I will send the information as to the location and the release forms.
If you have any friends that would be interested please have them contact me immediately, as filming begins tomorrow!!

Filming is now June 12th and 13th. We weren’t ready. Not just the actors, but behind the scenes wasn’t ready. They keep yelling at me for laughing, but when you have a vision in your head, and it’s your book, when it comes alive, I can’t help but smile. It’s strange for me.
Saturday was wardrobe. I will post pictures soon. Unfortunately, Josh spilt orange juice on my laptop, so I am without one. =( Photo shoot Saturday!! Stand by!
Also, I’ll post a picture of Dustin, who plays Lucas. We are debating on whether he should shave or not…..

Erica put together the prop list. I went over it and was instantly overwhelmed. Panic attack, yes! Her and I will be sitting down Sunday to get everything together. When the concept of a book trailer with real actors and rehearsals popped into my head, it seemed a lot easier than it is. If I didn’t have experience in the entertainment industry I would have crumbled. I see now, why they use images and voiceovers. Much easier, but I do not regret this. It is so much fun, and will look amazing. tomorrow, Dustin (Lucas) and I are going shopping! Wish me luck! I get to turn the rocker into an Abercrombie model..ooo lala!

Alright! Can I say, I have an awesome cast? Last night was split between Madison and Drew, and then, Bailey, Jill and Madison. Firstly, Savannah and Austin have great chemistry together. Exactly what I was looking for. And the three girls? Yeah, it’s hilarious. I had to hold in my laughter. The moments with all three girls really lightens the severity of the manuscript. I love watching it come to life. Tonight, Madison and Lucas have rehearsal, then a two-day break before I work one on one with Savannah.
